Annalisa began her real estate career after graduating from Pace University in New York City. She first worked as a legal secretary at the law office of Milan Patel in Edison, New Jersey, where she gained experience in residential and commercial real estate closings. While applying for law school, she collaborated closely with realtors, title companies, and loan officers, learning the complexities of the closing process. Yet, her true passion was working with clients—buyers and sellers—realizing that real estate transactions go beyond mere business; they are about helping people secure their personal sanctuaries.

In 2008, Annalisa and her family relocated to Costa Rica with a clear goal in mind: reconnecting with nature and living off of the land. She quickly fell in love with the quiet charm of rural mountain life in the foothills of Costa Rica’s highest peak, Mount Chirripo, and has called it home since. She holds a permaculture design certification and enjoys working with clients who wish to pursue the same dream of living a more sustainable lifestyle.
